All our items are unique and handmade; this means it takes time and effort before each item is cut and sewn by hand and washed before we send it to you. Quality work made by hand takes time and care. Please note that we have a zero-waste policy; we will produce the item when you place the order; this will take 2-3 weeks before we ship. For the package to US and Asian countries, it may take about 2 weeks; to other countries, it will take about 3 or 4 weeks. We will provide the tracking number to track your order package. All orders will ship from Hoi An, Vietnam, and Asia, via Vietnam Post (free worldwide shipping). We provide tracking. Please note that during the Christmas season, it usually takes more time for the orders to arrive. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.

Made-to-order means manufacturing will only begin once a customer decides to buy rather than mass-producing garments. That way, it helps reduce waste and dead stock that may end up in landfills.
