Refund and Returns Policy

Dear linen lover, before you order, we would like you to know the following things:

General information 1.1:

MAAN is a small business operating with just a few people. We're aiming for conscious fashion. We are sure that you will love your clothing item. We want to provide sustainable fashion for now and in the future. If you have any questions about your item, please get in touch with us before ordering. Because we're such a small business, we can only do returns if it's under particular conditions (see 2.1). We're not out on trends, and we want you to be satisfied with our products today and in the future. We have no stock; the item you order will be specially made for you! Please ensure you know what clothing item will fit your body type and what color will look good on you.

Taxes:

Customs and import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. The addressee must pay any of such fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee the related costs as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us; we will do our best to help!

Product details 1.2:

We try our best to describe our products as best as possible. Before you order, please read the description carefully, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us. We aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, resolution, print methods, and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or doubts or need more information regarding fitting or whatever questions you have. We are happy to help.

Fabric and material

All Maan products are made with 100% natural linen and pre-washed to prevent shrinking. To enjoy your item as long as possible, please carefully read the care instructions with your product.The fabric is locally produced in Vietnam and is of the highest quality.

Customized products 1.3:

Made-to-order allows customers to customize products to their specifications. And we cannot deny how great and exciting it is to wear clothing specially made for your body without compromise. Customized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Returns 2.1:

We do our best to make our customers as happy as possible with our beautiful handcrafted products. Please read our return policy carefully. We accept returns when:

We only offer a full refund when the product is faulty. If the product is defective, customers can choose MAAN to replace or repair it or select a full refund. Please request a return by contacting our customer service as soon as possible but within seven days of receiving your package. You can request a return by sending an email to info@maanlabel.com

Terms for returns 2.2:

  • All the requests for refund and return must be sent within seven days after delivery.
  • The customer must send the package with a track and trace and provide the track and trace by email to info@maanlabel.com
  • Only if the product is faulty and after review will MAAN pay the shipping costs back to the customer.
  • Please notice that we only offer a full refund when the product is faulty. If the product is defective, customers can choose MAAN to replace or repair it or select a full refund. Please request a return by contacting our customer service as soon as possible but not later than seven days after receiving your package.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange of the item with an additional fee.
  • Please note once again that customized items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
  • Refunds can be processed by bank transfer or gift card vouchers. Postage return to us in Hoi An, Vietnam, is at your expense.
  • The customer must return the item in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags attached.
  • Refunds and returns will be issued after receiving and reviewing the product at our warehouse.

I'm not happy with my order 2.3:

We hope you're happy with your order, but if that's not the case, don't hesitate to get in touch with us. We offer an exchange of the item plus an additional fee of 25 euro. The costs for return shipping are for the customer. Please note that your clothing item has met the terms for returns.
